Uni Food Guru was created while I was a 2nd year University student.
I found myself missing out on numerous events around campus. You wouldn’t hear about the latest BBQ or cheap eat until it had already happened.
I originally created in the hopes of helping University Students find reasonably priced food on campus.
At the peak of Uni Food Guru, it was supported by Adelaide University and Melbourne University. It found mild success however was very time consuming to manage and communication with all the university clubs became hard to manage.
The positive is it did open up better communication channels at the Unversity. As a result the University Union now regularly notifies students of what is happening on campus.
